Star Forge Void grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. All ticket purchases through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. A ticket purchase is not confirmed until we send you a confirmation email. Star Forge Void reserves the right to refuse or cancel any ticket order at our sole discretion. All sales are final except as otherwise required by law. Refund policies for individual performances are detailed in our cancellation policy.

Tickets may be cancelled up to 14 days before the performance date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the performance will receive a store credit valid for 12 months. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the performance or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

All prices displayed on our website are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Your payment information is processed securely by PCI-compliant payment processors. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to make any payment you submit through our website.

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Star Forge Void is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Any content you submit, post, or display on our website, including reviews and comments, is considered user-generated content. By submitting such content, you grant Star Forge Void a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tokyo, Japan.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
